Minoosh Seifi is the founder of the firm. Minoosh is an attorney licensed in California and New York. She was educated in the UK. She studied her Master’s degree (LLM) at University College London in International Business Law. Minoosh is fluent in English and Farsi and with intermediate level knowledge of Arabic language, with entrepreneurial experience and clients and contacts in the Middle East Europe, and North America.

Minoosh has worked in different jurisdictions including the US, Canada, UK, Qatar, UAE, and Oman throughout her legal and business careers. She has worked with start-up companies helping them establish themselves in their desired locations worldwide. She has been involved in the process of company establishment for the start-up companies, drafting new contracts for them, reviewing existing contracts to provide advice and guidance to accomplish their objectives. She also helps start-up companies, their founders and their families with their business and personal immigration needs.

 

Minoosh has advised clients on international trade regulations and economic sanctions regulations. She has advised on questions of applicable law and jurisdiction a long with the enforceability of judgments in jurisdictions in question.
