Minoosh Seifi is the founder of the firm. Minoosh is an attorney licensed in California and New York. She has been educated in the UK. She studied her Master’s degree (LLM) at University College London in International Business Law.

Minoosh is fluent in English and Farsi and with intermediate level knowledge of Arabic language, with entrepreneurial experience and clients and contacts in the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

Her experience includes but not limited to establishing and forming companies & businesses, drafting corporate and commercial agreements, determining applicable law and jurisdiction, joint venture agreements, import and export regulations, mergers and acquisitions, economic sanctions regulations, negotiation and entrepreneurship, practicing US and Canada Business Immigration.

Minoosh has lived and worked in four continents and has successfully managed cross-border transactions and projects. She has served clients from all over the world with diverse cultural and business backgrounds.
