Minoosh is fluent in English and Farsi and with intermediate<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>level knowledge of Arabic language, with entrepreneurial experience and clients and<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>contacts in the Middle East, Europe, and North America.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minoosh has worked in different jurisdictions including the US, Canada, UK, Qatar, UAE, and Oman throughout her legal and business careers. She has worked with start-up companies helping them establish themselves in their desired locations worldwide. She has been involved in the process of company establishment for the start-up companies, drafting new contracts for them, reviewing existing contracts to provide advice and guidance to accomplish their objectives. She also helps start-up companies, their founders and their families with their business and personal immigration needs.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minoosh has advised clients on international trade regulations and economic sanctions regulations.
